It is not as tho Matthews is playing brilliantly in his preferred position. It all gives the appearance of panic. If in this sort of mode, personally I would have played Wilbs at cb. Ekstrand was a risk that backfired and therefore these sensible decisions by Lee. Funny how people really think that they know better than our manager. Taz Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 In reference to Moore, when he came on against Ipswich his first touch wasn't always that great. He is still young so maybe he isn't quite ready for the Championship- YET. Playing against players his own age is one thing, but Championship is a whole different level. Also a step up from the league he would have been playing in before as well. Going out on loan, so long as he is getting games, can only be a good thing. You'd also have to presume that there is someone (or 2), already signed up and ready to come into the squad in his place. Otherwise we'll be looking rather silly.....
