Mark, as the main man responsible for our DNA, can I make a suggestion?

I'm sure being a 'ruthless winner' is part of your own DNA, but maybe a job for you for the week. Look every member of your management, coaching team and playing staff in the eye and establish whether they have that DNA. If not, get rid. 

A number of us are well fed up with our Club being a soft touch, player development going backwards, with supporters continually being fed **********. You know the stuff, people promising future glories, apologists justifying repeat failures on the basis that players are young/developing/adjusting and really, results aren't that important. As a man of great intellect you'll know, 'acceptable failure' then becomes ingrained as part of their DNA. 

Time to cut the shackles off, get out there and produce us winners. Cotts nearly got it right and delivered the best level of success for decades.  You know you're better than Cotts , don't you. Now prove it.
