The problem is with SL is that he wants a yes man in charge, the second Cotts started showing his own mind and having his own voice, he was down the road quicker than you could shout grab your P45

yea because the results had no baring on that at all........

If the unthinkable does happen & City end up in L1.  Given that he has spent £100m plus and not at least got to Premiership. Have there been any worse at managing the money/ club?

ie Jack Walker - Premier League

Dave Whelan - Premier league.

But how much did Jack Hayward spend on Wolves? Did he get there?

I just think if we go down we are an embarrassment tbh!

Only one winner - George Reynolds of Darlington.

Rovers will be next to build too big a ground for their actual support in the not too distant future.

Did I miss something? Has SL decided he's had enough and has left?

SL's success or failure can only be measured after he's left

Your just making shit up, something that is becoming all too familiar on OTIB at the moment.

Most of us will remember the time when City had no backing of substance and were struggling in the third tier every year. Others will have even longer memories of the last time City were in the top flight, and the subsequent decline. SL has done a lot of positive work for our club, taking us to the brink of the Premier League. He may have made mistakes along the way but who hasn't. SL is a good owner who respects the clubs heritage and isn't looking at personal profit and we should be grateful for those things. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion but please show some respect because without SL this club will be in a worse position.

Looking at it, from purely a City perspective, the worst must be the board that gave City players 10 year contracts in the old First Division days. Ten years? Yes ten years!  What on earth were they drinking / smoking / injecting?
