As a Team Leader, I've taken my team up north overnight. Morale isn't great at the moment, and I've brought a few new lads into my tight knit group. I've told my customer base , that we haven't been performing too well recently and the only thing I can think of is a social event. Please can any suggestions not be too energetic.
