The football fanatic, who has been without a clue since before leaving Rovers last year, would bring a wealth of experience to Ashton Gate and act as an antidote to the experience of wealth which has led to immeasurable suffering for City fans. His ability to entice foreign incestment could also prove crucial since British incestment has been shown to be such an abject failure. Speaking from a Ravioli plantation located in the hills above Timple Cloudio Mr Higgs said he always had a soft spot for Bristol City and now that it had healed up he was ready to lead the club to National League status within five years.
