One day, one day someone might go to one of these Breakfast Club meetings and listen to a motivational speaker who says if you breed losers and acceptance of losing they will fail you when you ask them to step up. We want to breed winners , not just one, a team full of winners. Get into into their heads from day one ... we want WINNERS only. By losing you FAIL you bunch of numpties. Oh for a Warnock coming in and doing a root and branch with my Club. Imagine him sat down with MA .. would just love to listen to that conversation.
