Last week in The Lansdown stand I walked down the steps seconds after the whistle went, straight into a queue for a beer and I got served at 15:57 and it was down to having to wait for drinks to be poured to order. There were at least 1 member of staff doing nothing whilst others were working and it took until 15:55 until he actually started using the spare pumps to help with peoples orders. I appreciate we all need to wait our turn and it's a very narrow time period to serve a lot of people but, and it's been mentioned many times, it shouldn't have to be so hard to speed things up.
