Going back to last Sundays final match   , Did any one note that the  time wasting , bruising , Brummies  accumulated 7 yellows ,   Am I correct in thinking that some form of punishment should be coming there way in the form of a fine   ( points deduction  wishful thinking)

A team gets a fine for any more than 6 yellows in a game.  Points deduction may be a tad draconian...

Teams are fined by the Football Association if the team has 6 or more players cautioned or dismissed during a single match.

Will it be enough to cover a summer holiday for an FA executive though?

It was part of Lee Mason's ability to ruin the game - there was a five minute spell where every Birmingham tackle produced a yellow card

He missed many more blatant ones, but lost the plot for a short space of time
