Fiale Posted May 28, 2017 Report Share Posted May 28, 2017 Twice now in a week I have across this the City centre / Cabot Circus on Friday (took me a long time to get home) and tonight Cineworld Hengrove has closed due to a incident which has left me at a slight loss as to what to do tonight..... Someone with mental health issues I expect made the call for Cabot circus - when was the last time someone actually gave a warning phone call? Exactly this. The IRA used to give coded warnings as I presume they were happy to disrupt rather than distinctly target innocents (particularly towards the end). ISIS supporters seem to specifically target soft targets and want to kill as many as possible. The only reason I ever see them giving an advance warning is if they suddenly realise that if they do that they can take out more people at the Assembley Points all British firms have to clearly advertise under H&S rules.
