Film: Gifted

Not sure how to describe the film - I guess, sweet ? I enjoyed it in a endearing sweet, likeable light warm feeling way. The story is of a girl and her Uncle (who unofficially adopts her when his sister dies). All is well, until he tries to fulfil his sisters wishes that her daughter should have a "normal" childhood. At this point people realise the girl is gifted, enter the Grandmother who now becomes interested in the girl who she has not seen since birth.... it's a nice story, visually bright, pretty well acted, and a perfect casual feel good film. It nothing you have not seen before, but enjoyable none the less.    Solid 6/10
