I think Salt v Livingstone is the only question really, can’t see Curran or Jordan making it. Livingstone being able to bowl a bit will rightfully push him over the line I reckon. They've literally just mentioned the keeper role on Sky, during the Hundred Buttler tried not doing it and didn't like it which suggests he'll do it if he plays. I'd go with the team above but there's no way Woakes or especially Wood manage every game of a World Cup with their fitness records so the others will get their opportunities.
