Bad news for our house prices I'd have thought, especially those of us on Bristols north west fringe.

why on earth would you think that?

I guess he means that they may go up just over the water, you can get a 3 bed house over there for a fraction of the price it is over here, and now the toll is removed it gives a bigger incentive, therefore house prices may climb just over the bridge

Why would you buy a house in Pill for £300,000 if you could get one in Chepstow for £200,000 and no bridge toll?

well I could buy a house like mine in Bradford for £70.000, but I wouldn't want to live there.

7 pubs, close to M5 , rail link re-opening, 5 mins from M5, 10 mins from Ashton Gate, Gas free zone, running water, electricity , 300 days of sunshine a year ?

Keep the faith, the years of misery are bound to come to an end at some point.

What like the 30 years it took you to beat us in a league game? Still isn't that miserable.

Oh and we never sold our soul and took it up the ass

As someone living 'over there' I'm praying this means the new M4 route past Newport is definitely going ahead or its going to be a worse hell then it already is.

What like you beat us once in fourteen games between 1958 and 1969?

Good this innit.

Even my rudimentary maths realises that 30 years is more than twice 14 years. 30 years is pretty much a generation.

Didn't respond to the sell out comment either.

Also when do you think your crowds will be back to the heady heights of 4,000 like in the 80s

I was hoping to hear that the shitehole had been carpet bombed.

That would only happen if the g*s had some left over shake`n vac going cheap after their major refurbishment.
