I have the feeling that last season we fell into the trap of trying to utilise Tomlin and then expect Tammy to work miracles. (a'la Cole back in the day). Just shows that if you have 'standout' or 'supposed standout' players it can actually be detrimental to the team. If no one in the team is 'the name' then everyone has more freedom to have a punt, seems to be working, I like it. Probably better for team morale too, I imagine some of the squad players wouldn't try anything last season for fear of getting an earful if it didn't come off.
