iamalagerdrinker
I've got my iPhone insured and there is a £50 excess bill I have to pay if my claim is successful. Am i right in thinking I'd receive a brand new phone for £50 or is there any hidden costs anyone has had problems with before. My phone is absolutely knackerd so it's not like I'm making a bogus claim. Advice please! Thanks.
Phileas Fogg
Yes, in my experience I've just had to pay the excess fee and received a new replacement. May depend on your insurer but I've done this with 2 or 3 over the years and only had to pay the excess.

Why are you so protective of your phone? tfj
