Septic Peg
Saw this on Twitter and had to share... Seen another pic the other day of Bails and Hegs and Hegs towered over him. Bailey Wright is at least 6ft. So it got me thinking... Just who is/was our tallest player ever? A GK or a CB or a FW maybe???

On a permanent though I`d say Boom Boom or possibly Steve Torpey?
kanemochi
Đurić is currently our tallest player at just over 6'6". Flint is just over 6'5". Think this must be our tallest ever squad with hegeler not far behind those two, along with baker, wright, pack, diedhiou, Magnússon, vyner & fielding all well over 6'. Probably a few I've missed as well.

cityred exile
I recall 10 years back when we made a double subsituation the players stood side by side waiting to get waved on You've guessed it little Lee and BOOM BOOM

Got bullied a lot when needing to hold tha ball up to relieve pressure. Having said that, I thought Reid did well at times, dispite his size, by twisting and turning. Allowed enough time for other players to push up.
