cityred exile Posted August 26, 2017 Posted August 26, 2017 i found it very strange when interviewing Pato why he was so out of breath and constantly wiping his brow, considering he was subbed some 10 mins from time Any thoughts any one ?

It`s a bit like the TDF riders that get straight on a fixed bike as soon as they finish a stage and are often interviewed while using one.

Yep, warm up and cool down, in any professional sport you've got to do this too and protect against injury. Gets the lactic acid out of the muscles and stops blood pooling in them which can be a big cause of fatigue injuries.
