Leveller
Not personally, but at his current small Irish club. Lots of storm damage which could cost £60000 to put right. A few days pay for a top player ..... or a business billionaire. http://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/hibs/hibs-fans-help-out-as-ivan-sproule-sends-out-an-sos-1-4546793?_ga=2.222651288.2026226882.1504172312-2021141311.1504172312

m42
Just been on the Ardstraw crowdfunding page. Really bad damage. Worthy of our help. How about our owner matchfunding what City fans give. You up for that Mr Lansdown? https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/ardstrawfc

If he doesn't exist that is a bit of a waste of time. I guess the premise was he tried to prove he existed. Love to know where they would send the bailiffs. RumRed
Act of god isn't a 'thing' in insurance. Lying that your house never flooded or high premiums in at risk areas are however. It's an urban myth.

Yes it is: What a homeowner needs to be aware of, however, is that every home insurance policy carries with it certain limitations on what will be paid out. Even the most comprehensive of policies will have limits, often defined as “Acts of God.” Further all insurance companies know exactly what areas are prone to flooding. Like all insurance policies if you lie about something then the cover is null and void.
