There will be 27 Swedes (28 with Eliasson) and one Norwegian at the Gate that day.

That day it is also 39 years since Kevin Mabbutt scored his hat trick at Old Trafford

How is the game Derby-Hull? Think Derby will win.

Not as good. As when we beat them 4 -3 away. At the baseball ground. When was the last time we beat them

Vydra had so much potential...

Taken him a year or two to get as good at this level though - a lesson there perhaps.

I`m impressed by Tom Lawrence - he does look quality.

How bad is Hull's defence mind, it's so bad i can't work out who is centre back alongside Dawson....if its Hector then he has a lot to learn

Hull look like a typical example of what happens if you just buy name players and expect them to produce. Their "head coach/Manager?" will be out the door before the end of September at this rate.

A bit harsh mate... He carried Watford in the Championship 12/13... Maybe you're thinking of a different player. Got 20 goals and 8 assists that season! Plus two in the play-offs. Then he was bought and went downhill like nobodies business!

(edit: I have re-read your post, do you mean as good as he was? Sorry if so...)

Sort of. I suppose I meant fair play to Derby for sticking with him and not just shipping him out really. He`s always been a player I like and wanted to do well ever since he was tearing it up for Watford.

Wow - great finish

Derby look ready for the taking

:laughcont:

Just hoping they`re using up all their goals tonight. We`re going to have to be right on it to get anything next Saturday if they play like this.

Anyone remember the game at the Baseball Ground when we sang 1-4 to the City boys and did the okey kokey in the wierd stand they used to have?

That wasnt the game where they brought on andy comyn and straight away scored an own goal? Think we won 4-3

Gonna be a tough game next Saturday on this evidence.

Apparently Hull City's manager's hopes of goalkeeping pro-career ended at 13 after falling out of tree after an attempt to rescue a cat!

I think it was before that mate, I went to a few around then (mid 90's) one where we were getting hammered and they had their goalie sent off and we won 4-3.

Paul Simpson? I remember Russell Osmond trying to keep up (about 10 yards behind)

Watched the game tonight, and i agree that Derby played well, but imho Hull's defence was shocking. They will not get that space next week, it will be a lot closer. They were nothing special, more that Hull were awful.

There were more than half the side who just gave up in the 1st half even. I'm not at all convinced that this guy is gonna be the manager after xmas. Really dreadful perfomance, and on Sky too with loads watching. Awww poor old Hull innit

When we equalise and it pans around the fans, I'm at the front going mental.

:clapping:

The Derby fans weren't too impressed judging by the amount of rocks thrown at us outside...
