old_eastender
(where 6 is a decent performance) Fielding - 7 - Not a lot to do, but no mistakes and distribution was a better than normal. Wright - 7 - Another more than competent display at RB, took a yellow for the team late on. Flint/Baker - 8 - Both rock solid. Bryan - 8 - Not a lot of forward play from him today, but defending very good again. Smith - 7 - Here, there and everywhere, played simple balls to keep possession. Shame about the shot blazed over the bar from edge of box. Brownhill - 6 - Worked hard, covered a lot of ground. Leko - 3 - Really did not get into the game at all, when he did consistently lost the ball. Shadow of the excellent performances against Wolves & Derby. Pato - 5 - Worked hard, poor corners (as usual) and should have picked up an unmarked Fammy with cross in first 15 mins but over hit. Reid/Fammy - 6 - Both put in the effort, but ball was not sticking with either of them. SUBS COD - 6 - Typical COD, some good runs but no end product, battled well though. Taylor - 6 - Did not get much service, couple of next combos with Reid though. Pack - 5 - Pace of the game seemed a bit too much for him. Also guilty of gifting ball away and silly fouls. Overall a gritty performance, lacking a bit of quality in final third, but a very good point to come away with.
And Its Smith
Cant argue too much with those. Paterson and Leko are so streaky and didnt come off today. Wright is fine for away games where we are happy with a point but he offers zero going forward. O'Dowda good when he came on.
Rudolf Hucker
I'd agree with most of that although I'd give O'Dowda a 7 because he game Norwich plenty to think about when he came on.
LondonBristolian
Personally I thought Baker, Bailey and Korey were the three best players today. Diedhiou and Reid really struggled to get into the game. Brownhill, Paterson and COD created the most but all three made too many poor decisions. You total bastard. tfj
