All seater (has downsides of course but 1 seat per fan). No fences- can spill onto pitch in event of any crowding issues. Markedly wider concourses. Better distribution of vomitories which are also surely wider than Hillsborough in 1989 at Leppings Lane. No pens (in some ways a useful idea but implemented terribly IMO). Hope this helps a bit...
