Simon79 Posted November 6, 2017 Report Share Posted November 6, 2017 I saw it as Flint went to right back & Korey pushed centrally to add a bit of energy etc. O'Dowda was just working back as he did all game imo. Pack was on his last warning, so a sensible decision imo. We lacked some quality in the final 15 minutes, but we stayed strong and didn't buckle. He has 2 weeks to prepare just like Reading. Again, we think it is so simple changing players around but as said, as of Tuesday we had fit BW and Pisano. Perhaps with Hegeler unfit Vyner has been training as a CB the past few weeks? He is a young player who is trusted but after he has had time to prepare and we have time to go over his reaponsibilities. Not just for the team but for him to grow in confidence. All good and well chucking him on and we still win. What if he lets Tomlin cut inside him and put one in the top corner though? Could be tough to come back from as a young player.
