It's losses accumulated, stacked up over 3 years and the total allowable losses from 2015-16 to 2017-18 periods is £39m. We lost £3m in the 2nd year- can't remember what we lost in the first but it seems we're all okay. I think we lost about £13.2m in 2015/16. This means that without fear of issues for this season, we could lose up to £22m- sure the club has no intention of losing cash but we seem to have a fair bit of leeway now.
