Always been a massive Flint fan and quite open about it

For his desire and his journey would love to see him help us to the Prem

However , as much as a fan I am I thought that he may get found out against the very best

Last night he was fantastic (His partnership with the equally awesome Baker helps massively) and made me believe that he has plenty enough to play a level above - at times he'd be exposed but if I was a mid / lower Prem Club , with his goals , aerial dominance , commitment and drive I'd definitely be seriously coming after him

That run , when he must have been out on his feet absolutely SCREAMED .... Desire.....Warrior.......WINNER

:worship2:

I believe his strength of character also helps.

Think back a few years ago, away to Port Vale - a lesser man might have crumbled and never been seen again: Flint simply buckled down and has never looked back.

In comparison, Liam Fontaine, he of a near expensive transfer to Southampton....

Both players received their fair share of abuse, but one came back stronger and one simply faded away.
