Clearly both are disgusting and need to be cut from the game, but is calling somebody a racist word as if you are better than them because of your colour worse than spitting on them as if they are beneath you? I'd argue they deserve similar punishments, as both need to be stamped out.

In Firmino's case, I think (from the clear footage) it's pretty clear there was no racism involved.
