Ray White Posted July 17, 2004 Report Share Posted July 17, 2004 I am looking forward to this game a lot because like others i will get to see the potential of lads like Heffernan, Orr, Harley etc etc for the first time. It should be a good game but i dont think we will walk it by any means. It will be a tough game considering Newport have recently signed some players that are at least second or third division standard like Kurt Nogan, Roger Freestone, Scott Young (the one who scored for cardiff against leeds in the fa cup) and Jason Bowen who has always impressed me whenever Cardiff played City. So over all it should be a good game and a good test for some of the new boys, i just hope it isnt a repeat of the shambles at team bath last season, god we were awful. see you over the bridge today.
