old_eastender
After Sunderland, now we have a performance where Fammy & Brownhill were both looking tired, but instead of making subs whilst we were 2-0 up LJ waits and we lose the initiative, more poor game management. Would not bet on match finishing 3-2 to Leeds now, echos of last season this.
BS3_RED
Lets be honest, he has not forgotten. His subs last season were awful.
Londoner
He never knew how to use subs
Dan Robin
He can't field several important players (Pisano,O'Dowda,Djuric) and some of our core players are not at their best, due to tiredness. He's not been lucky with referreing's decisions recently. The board didn't sign experienced players during the transfer window. That being said, a manager/head coach should be able to read the games if he wants to help his team gaining points...and LJ seems really confused right now. We threw away vital points in three affordable games (Leeds is not a bad team, but it's struggling), and now we have to face two strong teams, with the possibility of losing both matches. If our promotion dreams will vanish because other teams prove to be stronger I'll understand it, but losing a play-off place because of a football suicide - starting with bad managemente - would be hard to accept. brady bunch
So agree with op, both games we have had players slowing up, far too late to make subs, i was screaming at the telly from 65 minutes as Fram could hardly run
Natchfever
Genuine question and I know that you never know it all but how many games does everyone think a manager should have under his belt before he can shake off the 'inexperienced" and "developing" tag? Im not a LJ fan but he has improved (I think)
CotswoldRed
It is a worry. Players and management seem to have let the plaudits get to them. Probably best to take what the media say with a pinch of salt - positive or negative. And we mustn't interpret politeness from Pep as a rubber-stamping of our credentials either.
