Hampshire Red
What about the hoardes from Bristol who went to Manchester on a Midweek evening in January. One can judge our appetite for top flight football by the away attendance tomorrow

Yep , exactly the same.

Based on a game at.....Barnsley.

Never to the dark side
Maybe not, but at least it give some of those who normally attend top flight football matches, to watch and travel to see their local team. Bristol Rugby NOT in action No grand National and no boat face. What more encouragement would a Bristol City follower need to visit Yorkshire. You could even make a trip to the last of the summer wine country at Holmfirth

Hampshire Red
well, that's that then; no-one seems to have good sporting reasons why not to go, so let's see it, and hear it, for the boys! Bobby will love scoring in our end to seal the points, just as T&T (Tammy and Tomlin) did last season

Anything north of Birmingham is 'poor' I'd agree, anything in Birmingham or London is good though, Millwall for example is already over 1.5k and it only went on general sale yesterday... However Tammy and Fats did score in front of our fans in the second half after we came from 1-0 down to go 2-1 up. 4 hours ago, Hampshire Red said: What about the hoardes from Bristol who went to Manchester on a Midweek evening in January. Do people really not see the difference between a League Cup Semi Final against one of the best teams in Europe at a ground we’ve never visited.....and Barnsley. Well done to all those going. Norn Iron
I apologise for not going. I did check with Easyjet but my Nectar points wouldn't get me to Barnsley. Apparently they haven't got an Airport!
