Olé
Here's an attempt at something positive. City's streakiness appears to include regions of the country we visit for Championship away matches. For example we haven't won in the Midlands (West or East), and lost all our games in the North West. But we haven't lost in London and South East, or East Anglia, and won all our games in the North East. Our next 2 away games take us to Millwall (unbeaten in London), Boro (won all games in North East). Glad that's all sorted then - no need to clutch at any straws just yet. (Forest away will be 0-0 though). South East P4 W2 D2 L0 F6 A3 West Midlands P3 W0 D1 L2 F4 A10 East Midlands P2 W0 D2 L0 F0 A0 East Anglia P2 W1 D1 L0 F3 A1 Yorkshire P4 W1 D3 L0 F6 A5 North East P2 W2 D0 L0 F5 A3 North West P2 W0 D0 L2 F1 A3 p.s. last year we lost all our games in the West Midlands and East Anglia and never won in Yorkshire. just like watching brazil
Ryan Kent should feel closer to home.
Wanderingred
We are unbeaten in the north east since 2005 when we lost 2-1 at Hartlepool. Since then, 9 visits and no defeats at Newcastle, Sunderland or Boro (unless you count penalties at Boro in the fa cup)

Travel distances are probably a factor, I believe that for the games in the North East the team fly up there so that seems to be working. However the Midlands is not so far but the atmosphere at those grounds is more hostile in general so that's probably another factor.
