Olé Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 According to the FT, these two new investors took a 55% stake for £30m, which values the club at just £54m - about right for a middling to low Championship side, and, given all the money Villa had spent and assets they'd acquired, quite a nod to the level of debt they must be in. By way of comparison, the San Francisco 49ers recently bought a 10% stake in Leeds United for a rumoured £9m - so a valuation of £90m. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
