Evocare Posted July 21, 2004 Report Share Posted July 21, 2004 Well, it's a far cry from the end of last season when when we had nothing to offer when it counted. :@ I have to say i'm happy with the signings we have made so far, and we still have Miller & Lita who i think will feature a lot. It looks like we will play heavy up front this seaon, so if we did sign another striker i would be happy and welcome him, and i would not be bothered if we just leave it how it is. Although happy with the obvious potential of Gillespie/Lita/Miller we only have Heffernan as a proven goalscorer at this level (although not a huge fan of Roberts I think he can do a job in the hole as Tinns wants to play), and we may be one short. Hope the younger ones come off, if they don't Armstrong may be the answer but all our trialists seem to get injured in their games they're given to have a chance....
