Admin phantom Posted November 14, 2018 Admin Report Share Posted November 14, 2018 Well that has all changed now It's not the vote of confidence from their owners these managers should be worried about, it's the vote from NTTDS

jayjay
Lee Johnson was one of the number of potential candidates that the Fulham owner spoke to over the last week. Lee thought over the offer and decided that a job for life at Bristol City was a better option. There will now be a weeks mourning.

We do live in strange times. Wasn't it Southampton , who several years ago, won promotion to the Prem and then sacked their manager immediately? That was harsh but in a business sense shrewd, as they haven't yet been relegated .

Mr Popodopolous
Mates with a Southampton fan. They replaced him with Pochettino then he quit, then in came Koeman- two great choices. Harsh on Adkins undeniably, but at the same time they were upgrades for sure. Puel? Not so much, though 8th and a Cup final plus a brief run in Europe is alright for a club of that size- what they'd give for it atm? Pellegrino and seemingly Hughes just taking them on a downward trajectory- Hughes did well to save them, but looking in from the outside it seems like the beginning of a Sunderland or a Swansea type decline and eventual drop.
