A word of warning - Sunday's game isn't listed as being shown on the red button.

Wired isn’t it.

Originally, the Sky publicity stated ‘midweek games’ but then you received Sunday matches on the red button. Maybe the EFL have stopped them doing the non-midweek games?

Disappointing, but then can’t grumble really as an £18 month subscription covered the Ipswich and the future Norwich game plus all  EFL featured games and other live matches.

I suspect that's the case. That and stopping screening them in pubs.

Red button is a poor way of watching football no replays,no build up or half time talking, but if that's the only way that we can watch it then it's a lot better than the old days watching it on teletext ! ?

bit like watching it live, well apart from the replays on the screen, personally don't mind the one angle, we've just been a bit spoiled with multi angles endless discussions about was it this or that, makes a refreshing change to actually have to pay attention blink and you miss it.

We watch the replays on the red button. It's easily done. It's more difficult if you've had a beer or three....

What you do is record the match and then watch it live. When we score, you simply rewind and watch it. For slow motion, hold the Play button for three seconds.

So, how do you record?

Go to Sky Football channel. Press Record button. You'll immediately get a pop up showing all the matches available.

Scroll to BCFC and select.

Now, the clever bit....

Now go to your recorded programmes (a quick way is to simply push your play button). Select the recording of the game and that you want to watch from the start. You are in effect, chasing the playback.

When you've watched a replay, either fast forward or push the Stop button to get back to real time. You will still be able to watch replays.

What we do is to use the above but synchronise the picture with my City Player Radio Brizz feed for the commentary. The the video feed is anything between three and twenty seconds ahead so when the ref blows his whistle, simply push the Pause button and wait to hear the noise above Richard Hoskin/Ed Hadwin's voice. With three beers inside you, it will be more difficult!
