new loan rules could help clubs like us get more young talent

Who says fifa is all bad. sounds like a really positive move to stop bad practices amongst the elite.

Hopefully they do allow for players under a certain age to still be sent out on loan without counting towards the amount, otherwise we'd be well past the limit as well as the big clubs.

Good point Hodge. there seems to be provision for home grown talent which would not affect us so much maybe. Also a lot more talented 18 year olds would have to be released by the top clubs,
