I watched the away play off leg v Palace in his pub. He owns several houses in Looe. The one he lives in is huge and overlooks the whole town and he rents out half of it. He also owns a few cottages that he lets out. The reason I know is that I had to survey all the rented stuff to make sure it met the new minimum energy efficiency standard (they all did, passed with flying colours and were all in great shape - he really looks after his tenants and they love him for it).
