robin_unreliant
Looking for a bit of help from one of you who's a bit younger than me and more tech savvy. I have a members card so can load tickets on there. I bought one for someone who isn't and opted for a mobile ticket. In the confirmation email it says Android users who opt for a Passbook Ticket must download 'this app' before downloading from a link. That's it.....no link to the app....nothing saying exactly which app they mean. Presumably not the Bristol City app as there ain't anything in there. In Play Store there are a load of different apps for ticket wallets etc. I thought I was savvy enough to do whatever was needed but feel a right dinosaur now. Have to say the instructions in the email are somewhat unclear imo.
East End Old Boy
I thought most phones already have the wallet installed as standard, although I can only talk for Apple.
BCFChris
Download WalletPasses from the play store and hey presto your tickets will appear.
robin_unreliant
Thanks for taking time to answer. Supporter services emailed me the link. It definitely wasn't on my phone already. Just think putting that link in their confirmation email instructions is a no-brainer really.
myol'man
Pay the quid and get a ticket printed mate, much safer option
robin_unreliant
Turns out there was a big black button to click on and download the app. Only problem was that it was totally invisible in Gmail on my android phone. Looking on my laptop I could see it. If I then clicked in that area of the email on my phone it took me to the link. So it was embedded in the email but totally invisible on my phone. Flaming IT eh....supporter services were very helpful though
