Or a goal kick being taken an inch in front of the six yard box two mins before the ball is down the other end and in the goal? What if that foul had happened on the half way line 30 seconds before? Clever play from Wilson more than anything. Edit: what if a free kick is incorrectly given from which a team score, directly or indirectly. Will that be reviewed and disallowed?
