It's worth pointing out though, that although the ISP providers are not supposed to be blocking streams, I get at least 5 times as many streams when using a VPN than not. I am not talking about sports or live TV necessarily, but it's clear there is some sort of blocking going on. I travel around the country so this applies to multiple ISP's.
