RedRock
Only City could announce a couple of days before the start of the season ‘this service will not operate for 2019/20’ season’. You complete and utter **********. You can stuff your over-priced pints where the sun don’t shine. Will be driving in now. Hopefully, someone will now announce Long Ashton P&R site will be open and available in part-compensation for the loss of this service.

To have the temerity to announce this under a headline of a ‘ new and improved’ service to Ashton Gate. What!?! You friggin idiot, you’ve withdrawn it. That’s an ‘improvement’. Bristol Rob
What service is (or was) the AG6? Only ask as generally I get a cab to the game, but a couple of busses back, and I haven't ever paid attention to their numbers.

RedRock
Was the Henbury, Westbury, Clifton Service. City claimed this time last year these services were ‘extremely popular’ and that it was ‘vital we continue to enhance travel options, as well as easing congestion’ in the City. Glad Bristol’s congestion has now eased to such a degree that it should be a breeze travelling in by car to AG this season. Just hope Mark ‘the Messiah’ Aston will announce Long Ashton P&R ‘open’ for football supporters before revealing our new centre-forward.

When they get electric bikes (ala Exeter) fine but how they would work at AG with peak after-match demand I have no idea. Nope. Think it’ll be drive to Long Ashton P&R then metro bus back to the Cumberland Basin for a couple of pints dockside, walk back to AG. Then walk from AG to P&R after match. Sounds a cunning plan to me. Really don't believe the Club think things through. Previously, ‘special’ bus drops at AG so automatically go to ground to drink, then - as not driving - top up at half time with a couple more pints. So wonder if loss of drink revenue has been factored into their decision.
