Nogbad the Bad Posted July 29, 2004 Report Share Posted July 29, 2004 DaveL asked if there may be a way back for Aaron Brown if he doesn't get fixed up, Tinman said something along the lines of Aaron had made it very clear he no longer wanted to play for City, so No. Someone asked why Louis Carey had been barred from training. Tinman not willing to get him fit to play for someone else as he had made it clear he was going. SteveL had tried to phone him 7x in 2 days, no reply. Tinman called personally round Carey's house to try to persuade him to stay, Carey simply told him to contact his Agent. 'Lisa' (from the Forum?) asked Tinman if he would be more honest and straightforward in his after match interviews than DW was. Tinman assured her that he will tell it straight and if City are rubbish he will not attempt to hide the fact, and will take responsibility. Think all above is correct. There was lots more, (why no striker in subs at Cardiff?, Scott Murray transfer, scoreboard, PA system, 200k. from Elton John concert, Caskey, Carey transfer 'Agent Driven'?, reasons for cuts, etc.) particularly from SteveL, perhaps someone else can expand on these and others if they fancy it. It was an entertaining and informative session, well over an hour, and SteveL and Tinman (ColinS not overly involved) spoke well and got a very positive response from the fans.
