Nice guy but not very professional. I prefer it when people talk like this at the football club. I’m buying or sorting out tickets for my hobby, not seeking financial assistance. Keep it informal. Simon bristol
One game last season i went to the stadium to buy a ticket for a game that evening,,,, the ticket office was open and fully staffed so i asked for one, they apologised and said they weren’t selling them at the moment... i said ive come especially on my lunch break, they shrugged their shoulders and apologised. I pointed out they are the ticket office, so can i have a ticket? Got a blank look and made my way off back to work... genius!
