So like most I’m left feeling hugely disappointed with another poor performance.  Questions around team consistency and the continual rotation do at least carry justification in the face of a lack of understanding and cohesion between the players. Despite what many would say we have continued to grow year on year if not points and positions certainly in quality of squad. It’s this growth that brings me to my point that the coaching staffs inability to maximise a return on a stronger squad means that unless they turn it around do they exit in May or do you give them another pre season and transfer window to add to the team and hopefully break through that barrier that is sixth place?
