Markman
Ok - I have asked before but never got around to it. My parents are both 90 plus and old Mother Markman keeps using her lap top and keeps making errors and getting confused. I can't pop over and help at the moment so is there a safe and easy to install remote assistance thing I can talk her through and get on her PC and then I can access it and clear up on any issues she has? Has to be simple - as I will need to explain to her how to get it on her PC Thanks
Admin phantom Posted April 28, 2020 Admin Report Share Posted April 28, 2020 My sister and her church set up a zoom account for helping the elderly churchgoers in their congregation I've since been on a few zoom video calls and they seem to work okay Don't want to sound too rude but if my mum can use it then I would be confident anyone else could use it The below should help
richwwtk
You could try getting them to install teamviewer so that you can then take over their PC completely when needed? Just make sure they know not to let anyone else do it!
Guest
Team viewer maybe the easiest. Assuming it’s a windows box there is also a simple remote assistance tool built in
