Even despite our slump in form I didn’t think he was the sole reason. I’ve only caught snippets, but I think he is benefiting from playing with better players who make it easier for him....that’s not me understating his contribution though. I hope that in that in the near future we get to see players wearing the red and who are at the top of their game . If he starts next season in the same kind of form he's showing now, he's only going to get better. Not like England are blessed with riches in central mid right now.
