Well that seems pretty undeserved, written reasons will be interesting.

Tariff was crystal clear, Birmingham got 9 points, EFL Business plan for a lesser overspend and in some aspects a lesser offence.

Not bitter but hope their loan security arrangement goes wrong and Hillsborough turned into a massive Megabowl. :)

Pricks, Chansiri and his mates anyway.

While I'm at it, Football League need to explore a few things.

1) A way to soft embargo clubs who don't submit to Companies House in a timely manner. Derby and Sheffield Wednesday the two obvious.

2) Whether there is scope to challenge Hillsborough being shifted to 2018/19 accounts as some have mooted.

3) Or failing that, scope to challenge the sale price downwards.

They've not suffered enough.

PPS.

Sheffield Wednesday, Derby as well Reading, maybe Birmingham along with all Parachute Clubs, these should be EXCLUDED from any bailout of the Football League.

Cardiff, too if they can afford to pay Benkovic £30k a week & Harry Wilson on a rumoured £60k a week during a pandemic, yet still won’t pay the Sala fee.

**** all the rules, you'll only get a 6 point fine at maximum

Two periodic embargoes as well tbh, but there seems on the face of it to be little justification for this decision.

Might also point out however, Birmingham got minus 9 DESPITE a lower overspend. Had to abide by an EFL Business Plan too, albeit they got a bit lucky in the odd respect.
