Markman Posted November 23, 2020 Report Share Posted November 23, 2020 I had (have) an outlook email account ending BTCONNECT.COM - not even sure how I got it (perhaps linked to an old business account) I like it and the layout but it keeps telling me the account is full - I have deleted almost everything and it is still full I think cos the "cloud" or whatever stores all the deleted stuff ANYHOW Does anyone know how you can increase your mailbox size or do I finally need to change my email account in which case WHICH is the best free email account (never liked the layout of gmail) Thanks if you know Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I delete messages, it puts them in a deleted folder and retains for 30 days before actual deletion. You sure yours is not doing the same? This is only on my work account, but if I delete my deleted emails they go into another deleted section that I have to clear randomly. Otherwise check the size of any files attached to an email.
