Changing The coaching staff wouldn’t be a knee jerk reaction

SL is a cautious man and not subject to ‘ knee jerk ‘ réactions but surely he has been aware of the slide in recent weeks? 
 

It is easier for him to do nothing but we are heading in the wrong direction with the current set up, there can be no excuses, other clubs are doing well despite the climate of uncertainty.

He needs to put the club in the hands of an experienced team not take a chance on young aspiring head coach /manager, as many have said , would he have put a novice in charge of his HL company ? 

I was disappointed that he kept LJ on too long and I was disappointed that he hired his sidekick as his replacement. A club with a stated intent of promotion to the top level are deluded if they think that they can do it on the cheap. 
 

I have taken a step back from this mess as it is cause of frustration. I want to see strong management at the club and SL needs to get a grip or else when the supporters can come back they will ask themselves ‘ What for? ‘
