Claverham_Red Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 For some bizarre reason I went on the Chesterfield website and strangely enough there was a Bristol City guide to the season report. I read it and it says Aaron Brown has joined conference side Tamworth. Is it just me that has only just found this out? http://www.chesterfield-fc.premiumtv.co.uk...0.html?ptvParm= So I went on Tamworth's website and there he is Aaron Brown number 6 http://www.thelambs.co.uk/news.php?newsid=01461 So he left us thinking a championship club will sign him on and none do so he joins a conference team
bcfcchris2016 Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 it even says it on the News Of The World in the middle pages somewhere. SuperGoals. on the page where it says transfers in's and out's.

Guest Tian Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 This is quite strange, is it an error. I couldn't imagine Aaron going 2 Tamworth
Guest Barneyredballs Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 I saw it in the Daily Telegraph as well
Stylus Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 qpr hay? Looks like Mr. Holloway likes the young man
Guest jackhartlanduk Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 i reckon marvin brown has gone there
Guest nickD Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 Wow. Thats SO funny! When he first announced that he was leaving for a 'Championship' club, it was obvious that it was going to be hard for him because you need a medical to close the deal these days, and you can't perform a medical if you've got a broken leg! No championship side is ever going to gamble on an unproven player with no fitness and a snapped leg. BTW, if it was Marvin Brown, why would he be given number 6 if he's a striker?

Aaron Brown Mark Cooper (Son of Terry?) Richard Dryden Bob Taylor (Super Bob?) Surely not all the ex-city peeps?? COME ON CITY
Claverham_Red Posted August 8, 2004 Author Posted August 8, 2004 Surely not all the ex-city peeps?? ← Looks like it. Cheltenham are still City's reserve side though
