bcfc seattle Posted October 28, 2003 Report Share Posted October 28, 2003 Hey I ran into Marcus Hahnemann's mom last night at my clubs game, It seems her grandson was playing in the game before ours. Had a nice little chat with her. I realized 3 of my favorite players (Marcus, Scottie, and the Goat) all play for Reading (disgusted by this fact). He was kind of in the same boat as it sounds like Scottie is in now. Was on a bigger wage packet at Fulham but kept getting pushed down the squad list as they kept bringing in new keepers. So he took less money to play every week at Reading, says it is the best choice he ever made. Told his mom to tell him to tell Scottie to come back to Bristol don't think it will work though.
