Eddie Hitler
Has "Dwane Developments UK Limited" of 5 New Street Square, London, United Kingdom, EC4A 3TW (just the legal office) been mentioned yet? This was founded in March this year with Hani Al Qadi the only current director; and owned 100% by Dwane Sports (yes, that one) in Jersey. No accounts as yet but the title suggests that the intention is rather more than merely putting some portakabins at the Colony training ground which is owned by Dwane Sports rather than Rovers. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11253528

Problem is Bert, as well you know, an asset can only be realised once. When it's gone, it's gone. Whilst you have genuine and justifiable concerns, your fellow 15ers don't seem to have any. I think that they may be in for unwelcome surprises under the current ownership despite Wael being a really nice man.

Nicholas, Antoni and Edward looked at a small residential scheme on the Mem about 3 years ago. Don't think the prospects looked particularly good so they ditched it. Having said that, the cuckoos did make a special effort to take their Grannies, Grandfathers, Husbands, wives, kids, grandchildren and neighbours children to Wembley, in an attempt to prove what a massive fan base they have. I think they had encouragement from the directors to show the size of their fanbase, and the need for a new stadium, because of it's size. I'd like to see a break down of the adults, concessions and kids tickets for that game. What I remember is, every photograph shown of that day, seemed puffed out with people who don't look like they'd attend on a regular basis, or, even know where they're going. So many family groups were pictured, it wasn't like a normal football crowd. Actually, it wasn't a normal Rovers football crowd, the only families not pictured, were the usual attendees of BRFC matches, the families from hell.

bert tann
Mem Redevelopment Cancelled Plans for redevelopment of the Memorial Stadium have been put on hold after Rovers owner Wail Al-Qadi was denied a Visa and the limit on his Mastercard was insufficient to complete the project. The club issued a statement to say the current unfavourable climate had nothing to do with the decision even though the forecast is for heavy showers when the fan is turned on. Sources close to Chairman Stephen Hamster have claimed the move is in response to sanctions implemented in 1977 after the kidnapping of Petra. Contrary to news report at the time the bitch did not actually die but was hidden up Valerie Singleton’s skirt, smuggled to Jordan and turned into a tourist attraction. Mr Al-Qadi, who is sailing his yacht in St George’s Park, was not available for comment. 1

The share price of the Arab Jordan Investment bank has dropped from 1.77 to 1.40 in the last year bringing market capitalisation down from £280 million to £220 million which means the value of the Al-Qadi family shares has reduced by £18 million and is now standing at £66 million. Analysts are concerned at the company's "lack of strategic focus" and policy of "under-investing". These comments should ring a few bells with Rovers fans and I suspect they will be alarm bells. But even more intriguing is the possibility of national news headlines for "our beloved club" when revelations surface about what really goes on at Rovers mysterious £250 000 pa London office. Having looked in vain at the Sunday times Rich list for Wally and family. I feel somewhat suprised to see No mention of the owners of the 6th richest club in England.According to the Arab Jordan Investment Bank ,the very nice man,Wael is worth about 5.6 million. Is that enough to build a new extension to the Tent Camp and finance mega bucks players ? Perhaps Wally might be using his Chelsea contacts to scrounge some money off Pedro, the Chelsea player is reported as having 16million and a contract worth £100,000 a week running to 2019. Willian £ 23 million or Eden Hazard £ 32 million could also be targets for the fake shiek. Although I see Emma Watson (Harry Potter fame) is reputed as being worth £ 50 million, she might be up for a bit of boob cricket on the side.
