Interesting listen for anyone with 30mins to kill.  For clubs like us this really is the only way to go.   Individual stars will always get bought, but instilling that culture and team ethic cannot be when it's embedded in the club.   Easy to talk about but hard to pull off.   Hopefully Pearson can do it given time.
